Also, the Food and Drug Administration has not come to any sort of consensus on colon cleansing products or homemade colon cleansing – or even if you need colon cleansing to being with. You Want That Colon Clean As A Whistle?
The easiest and tastiest way to do homemade colon cleansing is to eat at least half a box of Raisin Nut Bran cereal, or your favorite mostly bran cereal. That will clean out everything from your digestive system – including the kitchen sink. You need to keep well hydrated, because you will risk dehydration for having to go to the toilet so often.

The truth is, ANY homemade colon cleansing is going to have some dangers – most notably, dehydration and feeling very dizzy. If you are stubborn enough to pursue homemade colon cleansing anyway, you need to do it at home when you have a couple of days off. Don’t do ANY driving or even shopping unless someone is with you who can get you to a hospital, if necessary.
The best homemade colon cleansing is a long, gradual process that has no dramatic results. Eating a sensible diet with plenty of fiber and water, as well as regular exercise, will help your colon work naturally at peak efficiency.
